The location of Vivin Luxury Suites was perfect for us, with easy access to the airport and central Trivandrum. The spacious room, especially considering the price, was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the facilities like the bar and spa, and the food was delicious. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of the hotel is a big plus for travellers as it is conveniently located very close to the airport. the spacious rooms are well-maintained and the housekeeping staff ensures clean linen and bathroom amenities. the polite staff goes out of their way to provide customer-friendly services to the guests, and the complimentary breakfast spread is a definite highlight.

The staff at check-in lacked basic manners and their conduct was unnerving. the room could have been cleaner as it was quite dusty and the bedsheet needed to be changed.
